Laying Pipe and Sowing Seed

After clearing more trees, and installing the septic system we started trenching for solar panel conduit and foundation drain lines. Then we graded the steep hillside a bit more to try and reduce the slope so we can drag it smooth, spread 2000 pounds of lime and plant an 80/20 mixture of rye and fescue grass seed. Rye grass germinates in about 4 days to establish roots that help hold the soil in place while the fescue comes in.
