Appalachian Victory Garden: July Vegetable Harvest

It's mid July. The temps are in the high nineties and the bugs are here in droves. Despite the insects we've had a good amount of rain this year to help reduce the amount of watering we have had to do, and the victory garden is producing beautifully! We've been harvesting beans, onions, lettuce, tomatoes, peppers, cabbage, cucumbers, zucchini and carrots. Soon the potatoes and beets will be here and we can start planning the fall crop.
