In this video we assemble and install the foundation french drain around the perimeter of the basement. We dug a trench below the top of the footing, laid the perforated pipe with a protective sock covering, then set the grade of the pipe to drain to daylight before covering with two feet of clean, washed #57 gravel. All of this is wrappend in non-woven geotextile filter fabric.
