Installing Attic Stairs, Flooring and Rewiring a Circular Saw

We are using up all the left over OSB sheathing and scraps to make an attic floor, then installing the pull-down attic stairs to allow access to the space. There is quite a bit of room that would otherwise have been wasted, so now we have a place to install the upstairs HVAC air handler plus lots of storage room for seasonal items.
